Tony is a partner and in his twenty-eight years at Timpany Walton has established a strong track record in the areas of litigation and commercial work.
Tony’s decision to study law was founded on the principle of wanting justice for people. The advocacy role underpins his on-going practice.
Tony is a director of New Zealand's largest privately owned passenger transport business. He is ex-New Zealand President of IHC New Zealand Inc., and has worked at a national level for the IHC for 15 years. He has a special interest in the law relating to disabilities.
Tony is married with 3 children. For relaxation he likes to water ski and snow ski. He has an active involvement in South Canterbury Soccer and is Chair of the South Island Masters Games.
