Richard Walton
Richard is a partner in Timpany Walton and has been since joining the firm in 1990.
His legal experience is very broad ranging indeed but he now focuses primarily on business, property and rural work. He is presently involved in advising on dairy conversions and is experienced in the use of trusts and companies. He has particular knowledge and expertise in the areas of income tax and GST. He advises many clients on business structures and business and farm succession.
In his practice Richard places emphasis on expertise, commitment, efficiency and total loyalty.

Richard is married with three daughters. A keen active sportsman, Richard is a member of the Timaru Squash Rackets Club and the Timaru Golf Club. He also enjoys tennis, tramping, wind-surfing and mountain biking. He has been involved in squash club and school board administration.
